Hey all you Practicing Flutists! Hope you are practicing well!
Just wanted to let you all know that the Practicing Flutist site will be going through a thorough revamping and upgrade. There will be more posting, more practicing, more of everything flute, so hope you are on board with that!
For more Practicing Fllutist goodness, I’m starting up a new FB group. This will give us the opportunity to be more interactive, me with you and everyone with each other! The group name is “Practicing Flutists” (what else?!)
I’m also expanding my teaching to online lessons and perhaps group sessions. I’ve got room for about 12 new students, looking forward to starting that up!
As I work on these things, I’ll be looking forward to hearing how your practicing is going. I’ll keep you updated with mine, too. Right now I’m getting back in shape after a long hiatus, so I’m working on finding the fastest and safest ways to get back in good playing shape. And amazingly, I’m finding ways to avoid and fix some long-standing playing issues, so I’m pretty psyched!
One of the best things about playing flute is that there is always something that can improve. Continuous progress is always a Practicing Flutist goal! Hope your progress is continuing, too!
